Tweehz

Chukwudi Udoka, known professionally as Tweehz, is a singer-songwriter and producer from Eastern Nigeria raised in surulere and egbeda, but currently based in New York. An Afrobeats artiste by definition, but with an eclectic ear for music, Tweehz infuses elements from a host of other genres including hiphop and jazz. His biggest influences are Fela and Wizkid along with Wande Coal, Michael Jackson and the Weekend.

Tweehz began as a rapper on the streets of Egbeda, Lagos where at a young age he would battle and freestyle. His discovery of Fl STUDIO would lead him to transition into music production and then eventually, singing, all the while honing his songwriting skills by writing music for others. He gained notoriety amongst his peers for his ability to relentlessly churn out earworm melodies and choruses and was eventually christened 'chorus machine'. He graduated from CCNY with a degree in Computer Engineering, and is currently gearing up for the release of his debut single

The budding Afrobeat star has gone on to garner the attention of some industry heavyweights eventually leading to him opening for Ayojay and an upcoming performance with Wande Coal
